This is a true beginners yoga class. We are slow moving and every class is catered to the attendees in it. We are a small space geared to serve intimate groups. This class is here to help you stretch into your varying muscle groups, slowly waking up the body and giving you an opportunity to feel muscles you perhaps, didn’t know were there. Join Madeline for our beginner’s yoga class as she helps you step into a new realm of awareness inside of yourself and your body.
