Slow Flow Yoga

In the month of October we are offering Slow Flow Yoga classes. Megan, Nicki, and Madeline will be guiding you through slow moving postures as you stretch and release the tension held in your muscles. These classes take place on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
