Is your mind cluttered with mental drama? Do you feel like the drama of those around you is caving in on you? Do you not know how to stop the cycle of mental, emotional, or physical anguish happening within and around you?

During this guided meditation class we will discuss the different kinds of stress we experience in our lives. Megan will take you through a visualization paired with breathing techniques you can use in your everyday world. You will experience first hand what it feels like when you take a break from participating in the drama within.
